Manufacturing and recycling of cartridges

Since 1987, cartridges have been manufactured at Canon Bretagne,
on premises with specially controlled atmosphere and lighting conditions.The sensitivity of the product requires a strictly
controlled environment (temperature, humidity, dust, light).

At the same time, Canon Bretagne recycles Canon cartridges
collected throughout Europe. Used cartridges are either
disassembled so that the parts can be re-used or ground up for
the recycling of materials or energy recovery.

Parts to be re-used are cleaned and subjected to a rigorous
quality inspection before being placed in new cartridges.

Grinding and automatic sorting of materials make it possible to
recover metals such as steel and aluminium, and plastic.
The manufacture of synthetic roof slates is one of the ways in
which Canon Bretagne makes good use of mixed plastic materials.

Services

With 20 years of experience in the assembly of office equipment,
Canon Bretagne is making its industrial expertise available in
after-sales service. In 2002, it set up the office repair workshop
(which has since become the Canon Regional Authorised Workshop), the call centre, the photography and video repair workshop and the
e-Maintenance service.
These services are also on offer to partners, and several companies such as Cabasse, Archos and Ipsalt have already chosen Canon Bretagne to provide their after-sales services, in addition to
assembling and providing logistics for their products. Today, the
after-sales service employs highly qualified technicians in
technologies as varied as audio, office equipment, photography
and video, among others.
From the call centre to repairs, including returns logistics, Canon Bretagne offers a complete service which guarantees satisfaction
for all its customers.
