Canon Regional Accredited Service Centre
One single contact for all your Canon products
Since November 2005, Canon Bretagne has been a Canon Regional Accredited Service Center (CRASC), providing after-sales service for Canon computer peripherals and video projectors.
Since April 2008, Canon Bretagne is also Canon Regional Accredited Service Centre repairer for cameras, video and optical products, whether they are under guarantee or not (subject to availability of spare parts supplied by Canon).
You own an old product, you have doubts, contact us (see hereunder our details).
As soon as the products are received (via the reception counter or from the transporter), they are dealt with and repaired in accordance with the Canon quality process. Product return logistics are also taken care of.
A repair monitoring service, which may be accessed by the Internet or through the call centre, is available to customers.
